Robyn is a non-judgmental, warm, engaging therapist and understands it can be a difficult, challenging decision to reach out. Together you will determine your path and overcome obstacles for improved outcomes.
Robyn loves being a Social Work Therapist and helping others reach their full potential! She has spent 17 years helping others overcome difficult life circumstances. Much of that time was spent helping working professionals, veterans, and their families. She feels grateful for the positive impact others had on her. She offers therapy, advocacy, and support to her clients and their Families. She embraces a multitude of treatment modalities for individualized treatment.
She truly believes that life is a journey, filled with joy, pain, love, loss, and adventure and hopes to guide her clients to meet their challenges no matter what life throws at them!
Robyn has been an expert in treating families couples, and individuals with person-centered approaches for over 24 years. She has received additional specialty training in many trauma-based protocols and is highly adaptive to assist others with a variety of problems. Some of those specialties include EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Cognitive Processing (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment (ACT).
