Jeannie Mitchell, LMHC, EMDR NCC, CCMHC – Jeannie works primarily with individuals on trauma, anxiety and depression using advanced treatment modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is an evidence-based treatment for trauma and PTSD. Jeannie enjoys working with various diverse populations including clients struggling with anger, Bipolar disorder, chronic stress, phobias and more.
Crystal Hicks, MSW, LCSW – Crystal offers kindness, patience, and positivity to individuals, couples and children coping with a variety of issues. She is also trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy to address a variety of relationship challenges whether you are a new couple or have been together for 30-years she understands the stages of life and can help you uncover the challenges underlying the presenting issues today and can teach you valuable tools to repair and reconnect.
Cokey Powell, LMHC, PhD – Cokey is versed in treating anxiety, depression and PTSD and uses a person-centered approach to each unique treatment plan. She utilizes an integrated approach of models including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to help you overcome adversity and find healing.
Lauren Parrish, MS, LMHC – Lauren is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who focuses on work with individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and Borderline Personality Disorder. She has worked with children, adolescents, youth, active duty and veterans of our armed services and adults in various settings throughout her tenured career.
Rieko Higuchi, LMHC, LMFT, CAP, CST, Sex Therapist, EMDR-Certified – Reiko (pronounced Lee-a-co) offers calming techniques and relaxation strategies to help clients manage PTSD, anxiety, depression, phobias, sexual issues, relationship difficulties or substance abuse.
Danielle Pond, MS, RMFTI, EMDR/EFT – Danielle is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained to treat trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression and more. As a military spouse her passion is working with military, first responders, and LGBTQ couples and individuals who are often overlooked and under supported. Danielle utilizes a systemic perspective in treating her clients and uses evidence-based therapy models including EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and the Gottman Method to work with couples struggling with infidelity, communications issues, conflict resolution, or co-parenting concerns. Danielle primarily works with couples and families but welcomes individuals and adolescents up to young adults ages 11-19 as well.
Whitney Catoe, LMHC – Whitney is a highly professional and thoughtful therapist. She is passionate about helping others and finds great joy in seeing her clients’ progress, assisting individuals of all backgrounds, and specializing in treating adolescents and adults. She will collaborate with you in a safe therapeutic environment to create a holistic approach to treatment. You will identify and overcome obstacles through therapy and reach your full potential. Your treatment plan will include an evaluation of your daily and past stressors, which can take a toll on your mental and physical health, along with past incidents. Whitney will assist you in recognizing stressors, improving coping skills, and processing past events to manage daily life more effectively.
