Danielle Gallagher

Danielle Gallagher is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, and substance use concerns. She is passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges, build on their strengths, and make meaningful changes that support lasting well-being.

Danielle takes a holistic approach to mental health care, recognizing that each person's story extends beyond symptoms or a diagnosis. She takes time to understand her clients' experiences, needs, and goals, creating a collaborative relationship where they feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their care.

Before becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner, Danielle gained extensive experience in emergency and critical care nursing, supporting adults and children during some of their most vulnerable moments. This background, combined with her experience in psychiatry, has deepened her understanding of the connections between physical health, emotional well-being, trauma, and life experiences.

Her psychiatric experience includes caring for individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders. She values working alongside clients and their therapists to provide coordinated care that supports healing, resilience, and long-term wellness.

Above all, Danielle strives to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, understood as individuals, and hopeful about the path ahead.
