Monica Bell-Callahan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Certified Life Coach, licensed in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. She is deeply passionate about helping individuals rediscover purpose, healing, and balance in their lives.

Monica offers a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where adults can explore their emotions, challenges, and personal growth goals. She works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, relationship difficulties, mood changes, low self-esteem, women’s issues, and PTSD. Her extensive background includes work in private practice, residential programs, and group homes, as well as providing trauma-informed care for survivors of human trafficking and abuse.

Monica takes an individualized, evidence-based approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Eclectic Therapy. By combining these modalities, she helps clients uncover the roots of distressing patterns, process painful experiences, and develop tools for lasting emotional resilience and self-confidence.

A graduate of Richmont Graduate University in Atlanta, Georgia, Monica also offers faith-integrated counseling for those who wish to include their spiritual beliefs as part of the healing journey.

Monica’s ultimate goal is for every client to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered-ready to understand the “why” behind their struggles and take meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
