Lisa Page is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to providing a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can heal, grow, and rediscover their sense of balance. She works with older adolescents and adults, supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions.
Lisa is passionate about helping clients gain deeper self-understanding, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. She tailors every session to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from a variety of evidence-based and integrative approaches, including:

Lisa has extensive experience working with a wide range of concerns, including: divorce and relationship issues, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ and gender identity exploration, sexuality, parenting, perinatal and postpartum mental health, obsessions and compulsions, panic and anxiety disorders, racial and cultural identity, racial trauma, stress management, sleep difficulties, life coaching, mindfulness, and women’s issues.
Her therapeutic mission is to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and personal growth. Lisa offers both in-person and telehealth sessions, ensuring accessible and flexible care to meet each client’s needs.
